Wide angle lens vs. the Photojojo adapter

Does anyone have any experience with Photojojo's wide angle/macro adapter? While I know the quality couldn't compare with a Canon or other brand name lens, is it worth 1/14th cost of a real lens? Is the quality at least bearable?

They can be fun for snapshots and web-sized images. If your needs are for larger images of higher quality, not so much.
