Well, not really...
I don't know why the mouth parts are glowing as red as they are - no post production has been done to this - it's straight from the RAW file with slight adjustments with curves and exposure only, and a touch of sharpening. But if you look you can clearly see a red tinge to the mandible area - but I'm sure it's a by-product of how the ringflash was hitting the subject, though I have never seen it do this before. Red eye yes, red lips... no!

Yes - she was very dark - without the flash the body looked a very uniform deep dark brown...
