I returned to Gooseberry this weekend after a 2+ month hiatus. I got to shoot one of the most intense sunsets I've witnessed in a long time. Seems we've had a streak of awesome skies lately.

Really like #3. thumb.gif #4 is good also, but needs lens and perspective correction to not draw the eye to that leaning building on the left.

All beautiful shots, Bryan. Heck of a sunset you got there, especially considering that's the east coast. headscratch.gif

That's the same rock in the last three shots, right?

Thanks guys. Those leaning towers bug me now that you mention it David.

Joel, I think it's the same rock in the last 2 shots, the other one is a different rock. Gooseberry is a former island now connected to the mainland via a causeway. That's why I can shoot there at sunset as well as sunrise and get nothing but ocean this time of the year.

#2 for me--I like that it looks like a combination of powerful and soft water and the diagonals in the foreground draw me into the shot. Nice!
