cart question

Hi All,
I placed several items in my cart last night for a total of some 80 dollars.
I did not place the order.
This afternoon I wanted to add a few more items but the cart is empty.
I don't remember if I closed my smugmug at home--will this make a difference?
Or does the cart only keep info for a short time and then zero out again?

Help please.

    The cart is saved in a cookie on the browser you used. Make sure when closing the browser it's not
    deleting the cookie.

    We keep the cart contents for about a month, in the same browser on the same computer - if you switched computers, the cart won't be there, I'm sorry.
