Photo tripod head with bowl base

Hi All,
I have a video tripod with bowl base head. However, the head cannot be tilted to 90 degrees. Does anyone have any recommendations for a photo tripod head with bowl base that will fit onto the legs of my video tripod. Almost all the tripod heads that tilt to 90 degrees have flat base. Can I get a head that tilts 90 degrees and have bowl base?
TIA,
Sushant

My favorite combination is a set of legs which includes a half-ball top, and then a 3-way pan head mounted to the legs, and the L bracket with a dual quick-release. (Manfrotto 755XB MDEVE legs, with integral 50mm half-ball, and an older Manfrotto 3047 head (model III). Manfrotto 340 "Elbow Bracket".) The pan head also allows an off-center vertical/portrait orientation for a light camera/lens combination without the L bracket.

The L bracket idea is really good. However, I don't want to spend the amount I am finding online for L brackets. So, I guess I will just go with a new inexpensive tripod for now.
