Although I see Brad beat me with the fog shots from Tucson, here's a few from within Saguaro National Park. Definately a rare event around these parts! C&C welcome!

It was an amazing morning. In my area it was way to socked in except for few moments to get any decent shots.
I love that first shot of yours. the feeling of the moment comes through.
I've taken similar shots to your #2 a couple times thinking the Ocotillio in the foreground would add character. What I found for me was unless they are in bloom and are the focus of the image, they become distracting to what you are trying to capture.
Just food for thought from a friend.

Brad, I see what you are saying about the Ocotillo. I guess since we see them at several points throughout the year in full leaves and blooms, I don't see them for the distraction they can be when they are dormant.
It was an intersting morning, and I've never taken as many shots in such a short period of time. Then I threw out a big portion of them after seeing them on the computer .

As did I. I had dozens that in the field that I thought showed potential. It turned out the potential was only in my mind.

I do that on every shoot! Its a good thing you are able to realize that some need to be thrown out.
