Castle On A Mountain

Hello again,

Would love some feedback on the shot here. This one was quite a challenge as air was so hazy so none of the colors looked great in the original.

To me... the mountain itself was massive, detailed and hence interesting enough the way the light was shining across creating texture... then the castle is a bit of a surprise if you look more closely. What do you think?

This is a pretty cool scene. I wish the focus was a bit sharper especially the castle. The b&w was a nice choice in this case too.

i like it! the castle looks so puny compared to the mountain, but it fits perfectly in the scene!

Hmmm. The image, if indeed an actual scene and not a scale model, looks a bit off. The depth of field contradiction has me scratching my head. Why is the farthest mountain range out of focus? Maybe you blurred it in post, but it looks odd to me. I'm also thinking it should be mostly white (covered in snow as the foreground mountain is).

Thanks guys... Definitely some issues with sharpness on this export & upload. Going to clean up and re-upload along with a color version to get more opinions. Really appreciate the feedback though!!

Neuchwanstein..almost always photographed from the other side. The last version looks pretty good.
