Love your giraffe Ted...nicely timed. Ive only been there the once & those animals have the best view in the city.

Had a bit of a cruise through your site also...you have some nice shots in there. How do you do your B&W's ?..channel mixer ?

I wish there was a simple answer to that question. I am one of these people who does not believe in routine. I never formalise my workflow or write it down. I never batch process. I take each picture and try to get the best out of it (IMHO). Quite often I will use one of two of my favourite plugins (best money I've ever spend) nik Color Efex Pro 2 and Power Retouche.

Thanks Harry. I wonder if I should have asked the giraffe for a model release.

Seriously though; Sydney Taronga ZOO has some fantastic views and thus lots of photo opportunities.
