iPad app - help

Hi,

I just purchased an iPad and also downloaded the iPad smugmug app. I am able to see many unlisted galleries on the iPad using the app, which is GREAT. The photos look beautiful!

I have uploaded one additional unlisted gallery since I got the app and for some reason, this unlisted gallery is not showing up under my "Other" albums, like the other unlisted galleries were. Is there some sort of lag time or something or do I have a setting wrong?

The gallery I'd like to open on the iPad is called DeathValley.

Can you make sure that you're currently logged-in to the App (i.e. so that you have owner privileges, and can see Unlisted Galleries)? That particular Gallery should be near the very bottom of the /Other Category.

Additionally - if you're currently logged-in, try logging-out/back in, to see if this causes the Gallery to show up :-)

For anyone else who has had this problem, I had to uninstall the app and then re-install it. Then the new gallery was visible on the iPad. Not sure why.

An additional solution to this problem is to double click the home button, hold over the app icon until it starts to wiggle and has an X in the corner. Hit the X and it shuts down the app completely and then reopen it.

If that doesn't do the trick - deleting/re-installing the App *should* take care of the problem :-)
