watermark not going away

most of my uploads automatically apply a watermark through my presets. However, when I go into the gallery customization page and remove the watermark, it still appears in the gallery photos. After refreshing the page, it's still there. My customer can see it on her computer as well. What do I need to do to get the watermark off?

Hi, to remove watermarks you go to tools>watermarking and then choose the photos you want to have the watermark removed from, then click the watermark button.
