Took these last night for a classmate and to practice. This was my second attempt and this was my first attempt. C/C welcome.

These aren't bad, Jamie, but I find the backgrounds a little distracting - especially the right side of the first one. The star bursts on the lights are fine me, but the other lights/objects draw my eye away from the car. How did you light the car? Were you using a flashlight to "paint" it? I'm asking, because the white streaks - particularly on the door in the first shot, bother me, and look like glare from a light being shined across the car.

I missed your motorcycle shots when you originally posted them, but they are very well done! Nice even light on the subjects, and the plainer background really makes the bikes pop. thumb.gif

Agreed on the reflections they are a bit distracting. Haven't tried it but posibly a polarizer will help?
