Thumbnail Issues

I'm trying to get some of my galleries to display Square Thumbnails vs Original. I made the changes under gallery settings a few days ago and most have changed to Square but a few remain in the original format. Why is this happening?

Example:
Here: 3 photos not square

Another Here: Most are not square

Hi Aaron, I took a look at a couple of the images that are still original and I'm not seeing anything in the queue showing an attempt to 'square' them.

Could you try the 'adjust thumbs' tool located in the gallery tools menu under 'many photos - more'.
