I'm logged in to SM but have no controls in my site.

What's up?

(Please, Lord, just one tech-problem-free day, I'm begging you)
(is anyone else as sick as I am of having at least one tech issue a day, things that should take 30 seconds running in to hours?)

There shouldn't be any issue. Your site is working for me.
Are you sure you're logging in from:
www.smugmug.com
?
Also check your browser cookie settings that its accepting cookies:
http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93251

If that does't help, try clearing your SmugMug cookies and then log in again.

If the problem persists, can you write in to our HelpDesk with details? Like what browser version and OS you use.


The status page seems to haven't been updated. Thanks for letting us know. I'll see that we can get it updated.

i am having issues as well..i am trying to delete a photo..when i click on the tools > delete i have to do this twice to get the drop down window to appear to select a picture to delete..then it goes to the delete screen but nothing shows up...just the smugmug header...no picture or delete button....i am not sure what else i need to do to try and fix this...

how do i clear the cookies...i have tried closing the the browser (FF) and reopening but that didn't help..

I tried accessing the delete photo tool on your site, but it seemed to work normally for me (I didn't actually delete anything). If you don't see the page display, try clearing your FireFox browser cache. The steps to do this will vary between different versions of FireFox and operating systems, but it's likely under Tools > Clear Recent History. Try that and you should be able to use the tool normally :-)

really...how on earth did you do that?

i tried to clear the recent history and still a no go...UGH!! i also tried to do a crop and that doesn't work either!!

ok..i managed to do a work around..it seems the delete function worked on the other pages just not the gusetbook..it may have to do with the style..old journal...i tried the delete multiple pics and i was able to do it...just really weird...
