Some galleries=no calendar option

Any idea why some of my client galleries will not bring up the calendar or "create a card" option when you click on BUY. It's always either the small 3 option dropdown menu, or it's the big long full one, with calendar and card options, etc.
Yes, I have printing enabled. Also, the full options do appear for ME, when I'm signed in. But sometimes for my clients, or for me when I sign out of Smugmug, and go to a given gallery, then NO options. (only the 3 on the short list)
What setting am I missing?? I've tried and tried to figure this out. Sometimes I have to create a new gallery for the client, and hope that I get the lucky setting to be there, so they can print calendars and cards.

For cards, it appears that the photo must have very specific dimensions to be used for cards.
The help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93273 indicates that each card design requires that photos be a minimum resolution and directs you to the design for each card for that information - http://cards.smugmug.com/.
