Price: Dollar Increase, Surprise...

I seem to be unable to understand the logic of pricing. :huh
I want to put 1 cent increase on a gallery in order to order some prints for myself, and see the cobranding. Here is what I attempted.
When I clicked apply, it put .01 as the price, rather than a penny increase over cost.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your quick reply. Will send them an email.
Need one additional step. You need to apply 'default' pricing, then add the 1 cent.
* Go to gallery
* Select Tools/This Gallery/Set Pricing
* Selected 'Clear Pricing' to ALL
* Click Apply
* Apply This Pricing - SmugMug Default to ALL
* Click Apply
* Selected 'Dollar Increase', .01 in the middle column, Selected to ALL
* Click Apply
Wouldn't he have to make sure "gallery" is selected at the top instead of "Portfolio" first?
Then after printing go back in and clear gallery pricing so Portfolio takes back over.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. That wasn't intuitive to me. Appreciate your reply.
I presume that means I will always have to start with a default price applied, then change.
Doesn't step one effectively do that? When I went in, I think it did have Gallery selected (I first went to the gallery I wanted to change, and then selected the tools to go in and price that gallery).
I'll post back how it goes.
And, applying the Default Price first certainly did fix my problem.
Thanks everyone.
