Customer ordered DELETED photos!

About two months ago I had to change the image numbers of a gallery. I did so.

Today I got an order and three of the images were deleted images. Argh. The best I can make out is the customer put them in their cart a couple months ago. I've gone thru and tried to replace photos and nothing is happening. It goes thru the little download process, but the order still says "deleted photos" and the new replaced photos are not showing up.

This is a horrible glitch to your system if customers can order deleted photos.

I emailed support and haven't heard back. Is replace photo not working or will it not let me replace deleted photos on an accepted order?

    To add.... What I mean by accepted order is accepted by smugmug. The order is on a 48 proof delay and I obviously haven't sent it to printing yet.

    Hi, I recovered the deleted images. The 'replace photo' button should be active now for you on the order page. Any problems, please reply on the email I just sent you.
