Benro B-3 ball head......opinions?

I can't afford a higher end ball head and reviews of these B-3 ones seem like its got enough to carry my 5DM2 and Sigma 100-300 with no shift. It has the Arca type quick release ; will the RRS L plate fit this ok? Thanks for any help!
