Need assistant help please

Hi all - I set an assistant password [first time] and shared it with another SmugMug user so they can upload photos to a gallery that I created but he is not able to upload his photos. Here is the message I got from him:

I have no trouble uploading to my SmugMug site either. When I sign in with your email address (the one you use here) and the password, I see and can get into the Unlisted galleries. I see and can click the Upload link and button but then I get a blank area when the Upload page appears. I use Safari in my Mac so there should be no problem.

Can anyone help me make this work? Did I do something wrong? Thanks much for any help.
