Saw this on another board that I don't have access to post on yet, but this is wonderful. Skin done manually or plugin/software? What did you use to convert it, if you don't mind my asking?

1. Skin done manually and with Imagenomic Portraiture v2 with very refined settings. We had been using Nik Skin Smoother until 6 or so months ago when v2 of Portraiture came out. I hated Portraiture v1 - but v2 made some great improvements. Regardless, the key is refining the settings, applying to a new layer and reducing the opacity to enhance the skin but not go plastic.

2. Conversion to tonal b/w was done in Lightroom.
