size of photo

Im trying to upload my (logo) to smugmug about 40 times,
I email them about 6 or 7 times on this (logo) all i get back is late email and im going
back and back and back...hear are the png they want to upload
1)210px by 140
2)1200px by 800
3)400px by 200
is there a way i can send you my logo and get the right size made so you or me can upload my logo to my page .........i ask smugmug and all i get is short letter and late return email / no phone number to talk to a team to help me .........
