My client's Christmas order was received, but WRONG!

I received my clients Christmas gift order last week and we were not happy with the prints and they were supposed to be corrected and shipped out. I received AN order today, but they re-processed the completely wrong order!

My client is not going to have any gifts for his wife, unless you can complete the order and get it here in 48 hours. I need to speak to a HUMAN BEING on the phone about this please.
