Some garden bug shots from Yesterday. Yes I did use some sugar/honey spray to attract the flying bugs.

Overfocused - Not in the greenhouse- just around in the garden. Been fairly mild so far this Winter. only about 3 mild frosts so far.

We haven't really had below freezing weather most of the time, but the bugs have definitely taken their queue and are nowhere to be seen around here, and the leaves are off of the trees. Lucky bugger! (pun intended)
One thing I do to attract bugs on sunny Winter days, is spray a sunny camelia bush with some sugar/honey solution. This attracts any flying bugs that are about and they stay put for a while.

I only get the hovers etc on bright sunny days but have got the normal bark lice and springtails all over the place now
