This is the Embassy Suites hotel on the south edge of LAX Airport. When I shot this, there was a wall of fog/smog moving across the east side of the airport. Late night arrivals were descending through this fog into the clear, crisp air over the airport. Hard to describe, but it looked surreal for a few minutes.

Very nice work! I love the light on the Lufty 744. LAX is on my list of airports to shoot at - there's a nice mix of Asian carriers we don't see at JFK. Nice work on your web site as well - if you ever head up to NYC, give me a shout if you'd like to get out to JFK or LGA.
