My nearly first impression was a Father - Son confrontation (Not necessarily a bad one).
Nice capture!

In today's kitchen environments, I'm struggling to figure out who is the boss on this one? With all the TV shows it could be either. So who's the boss and what was the discussion?
As for the shot, that's a nice grab. In addition to the content, I really like the technical processing on this as well.
The guy on the left is the chef. The guy on the right is the commis chef. No idea what the conversation was about but as the chef was straight out of the Gordon Ramsay school of cooking he could have been making a point about anything!
The food was delicious by the way!

What a delightful shot with the viewer wondering what is transpiring. It is unclear who even is the instructor/instructee and if it is a dumbfounded or disbelieving expression on the left chef.
