Old Santa sure took care of you, Mary. This new gear will give you something to mess with during the coming months when you are socked in with snow.:D Sorry....that was a cruel thing to say
I'm one of those folks who strongly believe that good photographers can get great shots with just about any equipment. No doubt, though, this new stuff on the market can make our jobs easier. I'm eager to see what you treat us to in the days ahead.

P.S. You be sure and treat old Santa nice, now.
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I love my Santa
Agree with you 100% that it's not the camera, but the photographers ability to use what camera they have. I love my 40d's, but I needed low light shooting (high ISO) and the 40d's were lacking for what I wanted to capture. Figured I'd never spend for the big high dollar camera's out there nor ones to come, but the 5DMKii is a camera I've always thought would fight my needs till the day I can no longer shoot. Santa is happy to know that too

Howdy
I was so surprised to get this camera. Santa is being spoiled
Will do my best to learn this camera. Since this will be the last one I'll be getting.
