Anything in Stockton CA?

I have a person that want to take photos in stockton CA.. is there any good places to go? lakes rivers and so on?

If they'd like to shoot some birds the Sandhill Cranes are making their yearly migration and can be seen by the thousands over the next couple months. I was just down at the Cosumnes River Preserve (http://www.cosumnes.org/) to see them. I guess its still a little early, more birds to come next month. The Preserve is just north of Stockton, there are quite a few opportunities for landscapes in that area as well.
