Prices not displaying when ordering prints

Hello fellow smugglers;

I recently set my pricing for prints and noticed that they do not display when one tries to order prints, as if they were not in the first place. The whole list of base prices is displayed when you try to oder a print.

Does anyone know why or how this would happen? I'm currently using Bay Photo as my lab of choice.

Keep in mind that when viewing the cart while logged in, you'll always see the default prices. This is by design, so that you can purchase your own photos at-cost. Either log out or click the Visitor View button on your homepage, and then click Buy > This photo in a gallery where you've set pricing. You will see your pro pricing appear. Additionally, if you are logged in and click Buy > This Photo, look beneath the print size and you'll see "Your customer's price" listed

Thanks for the reply, Josh. If I remember correctly, I did both.. I'll double check, though. I'll have someone else try to order prints and see what they have for options.
