A couple from Chanukkah this year.

1. Her Home-made Chanukkiah (FWIW, a Menorrah has 7 candles)

2. On the 8th night, she went back to different Chanukkiah:

3. And just some fun with the lights....

C&C always appreciated. I hope everyone has a happy new year!!!

Oh my goodness! I love the first Chanukkiah. Is that an olive tree? Seriously, she could sell that... When I was in Israel last year I saw a lot of very high priced Chanukkiahs but this one is cooler than any of the ones I saw for sure!

Nice photos too! Candle light is tough. Did you pod up to get these?

    Thank you, all!!
No, all hand-held, ISO 1600 1/250 f/2.8 for the portrait shot and the first image. ISO 800 1/160 for the third image.
The tree is sort of a tree of life kind of motif. Very clever design on her part using copper wire that was twisted in pairs, and then those pairs twisted together and then again to create the tree.

    Nicely done! #1 is excellent.

Sadly, I never got around to getting a shot of my group this year.

Bummer, Mitchell. I imagine corralling all three is getting to be more and more difficult...

    Quite nice.

    I really like # 2 and # 3 has fine detail.
