    Beautiful colors and reflection! Near Sedona? I suppose a winter shot looks more like an autumn shot around here :D!

    Beautiful colors and almost impressionistic. A very nice image. I have one suggestion--perhaps crop a very small amount off the left (to the left of the reflection of the first trunk), and also perhaps a small amount at the top, to pull the eye even more toward the rest of the image.

    Eia, thanks. This was taken at West Clear Creek, at the other end of the Verde Valley. I should have called it "late autumn."

    paddler4, thanks. I'll try the crop you suggest. The impressionistic look comes from strong backlighting. The processing was fairly routine.
