I found a way to run the full version of Photoshop on an iPhone/iTouch/iPad. Remote Desktop. It's useless for any serious editing (a finger isn't a good replacement for a mouse or pen), but the advantage is you can access your computer from any wifi network. So I was out with my iTouch yesterday, remotely accessed my laptop at home, and kicked off ACR batch processing of 900 photos. So while serious editing isn't practical with this, it's really useful. If I have a file at home, I can email it to myself.

The app I use is Splashtop Remote Desktop - got it on sale for $2 instead of $10. I think it's 99 cents now. You have to DL their desktop software from their site. Lots of people have problems (I can only connect with my Gmail acct), but when it works, it's really useful.
