I am having trouble securing 2 of my galleries I uploaded today. They wanted an all numeric password. When I log out and view through the business site it shows a padlock but when you click it doesn't prompt for a password

I'd clear your cookies and try it or use another computer to test. Leftover cookies can cause all sorts of odd behavior.

Once you've logged into a password protected gallery, Smugmug saves that login in a cookie for some period of time (so you don't have to keep entering the same password over and over again). Logging out of your site does not clear that cookie so you will still be able to get in.

To simulate what a real viewer would see, either clear your cookies or check that gallery in another browser that has never supplied the password before.
