Is this the original version of the TC-20E, or is it a version II or III?

I was looking for the box but came up empty. This is the original TC-20E marked as AF-I, not AF-S. Both are identical other than the marking. I used this most often on a 300 F2.8 or 70-200 F2.8....

I would mostly use this on the original 70-200 2.8. I've read in several reviews that that lens doesn't have the best dynamic range, contrast or focusing accuracy with the TC-20. What have your experiences been with it on the 70-200?

I used the TC-20e on a 70-200 VRI alot. Never had an issue. I always heard it was an issue on film.

If I had more time i would link pictures I have taken with the 70-200 with the TC on it... I never had focus issues, its not as fast but focused fine. As far as color never noticed any issues...

I'd like the MC-36 if still available. Thanks
