    Nice shot Ric. He sure has a lot of bands on, do you know if those are used for ID? or ??

    Hi Ric,I have always wanted to visit Algonquin park,from what ive seen its very beautiful.Great little Jay shot but I dont think those are bands on it's legs,you see since this bird was shot in Canada those are most likely leg warmers for the winter rolleyes1.gif just kidding of course....ice
    I took a picture once
    but they made me give it back.

    Funny...you live in Canada and me in Illinois, and I am closer to Algonquin! About 600 miles for me. It is a great place....I only wish I would have discovered it sooner in life, so I could really get into it.

    I have no real knowledge about the bands. I assume they are to track migratory habits....but that's just a guess. ne_nau.gif
