No Themes on keyword pages?

I set the Halloween theme to apply to my whole site, but my keyword pages are still normal 
I find it very useful to be able to use links to keywords for organization in really big galleries (GIVE ME A 4TH SUBCATEGORY!!!!!!!!!).
