    Here is my two cents. I like the minimalism and the BW processing. I'm not loving the composition. I think less foreground would work better for me, maybe even cropping to a panoramic view, just below building. It may make the image too small--could you have moved closer physically or used a longer telephoto? I think this place has a lot of potential. I hope it is near you so you can experiment with you.

    Thanks for the input Lauren - I think you make several valid points. The location is not to far away and is worth another shot.

    Or maybe do a 3:2 crop starting in the upper left corner. I think that would give it about the right amount of foreground. Is the barn and tree sharp? It's hard to tell at this size, but it would need to be real sharp for this to work.

    For me it now looks too modern with the elevator, grain wagon and no house.
