disable download button

I am desperately trying to get a client event online, but am unable to disable the download button. I have view size at 2x not Original and have the galleries in an "Event"

    In the gallery settings under 'security & privacy' make sure you have 'Protected - Yes'.
    Remember, the save button will be there for you while logged in. Be sure to check logged out to see if the save button is not available.
