This was taken just before the sun hit the peaks in the morning.

What kind of processing did you use on this image?

The sun was not up yet which yields some of the most saturated colors. Once the brightness and contrast are adjusted through the photo I reduced the saturation and contrast to taste, did some color corrections, a bit of dodge and burn and sharpened.
Since the sun was not up yet there are no shadows.
