Are we allowed to add additional terms to Commercial Licence?

Hi again all - sorry for the flurry of questions.

Could someone from SM (Andy?) advise that if we create our own "help" pages within our SM "site", we can also change the terms and conditions of the Commercial download agreement?

Is this allowed?

    I have reproduced many of the help pages and tweaked them on my site. From experience, I can tell you Andy has told me basically I'm nuts for doing such as SM changes things frequently,, but I like my links to stay within my site in most cases.
