Now That's Fluffy Snow!

I don't have a Macro lens (kit lens that came with the camera) and this is as close as I could get without one. This snowfall occurred on Thursday and had to be the fluffiest I've ever seen. It was a pleasure to shovel.
The first pic is snow that has fallen on one of my grasses in the garden.


This shot is snow on a burning bush.


Although this isn't Macro, it looks as thought someone has placed cotton around the two bowls of the birdbath.

I like the birdbath photo. Its scale gives me a better feel for the uniqueness of the snow.

Must say I love no. 1 with all the contrasts: the warmth of the grass vs the icy crystals, the long straight grass vs the round snowflakes. And unbelievable detail in the crystals of ice. Thank you.
