View Size problem in Firefox

I just discovered that "view size" no longer works on my Smugmug site with Firefox. Not sure how long that problem has existed, but think it's fairly recent.
Using Firefox 3.6.3, viewing a gallery in "Smugmug" style, when I hover on the main image I get the "view sizes" pop up window. But when I click on Small thru X3Large, nothing happens. Strangely, when I click on Original I get the proper display. More strangely, if I display the Original and then click on any of the other size options that appear at the top of the Original window I get a proper display.
Example, here is the link generated for "small" by the view-size pop-up:
..../Senior-Portraits/Class-of-2012/Marina-Italy/18885614_6L8XD4#%21i=1464180647&k=ztdjgNq&lb=1&s=S
And here is the same link from the top of the Original window.
..../Senior-Portraits/Class-of-2012/Marina-Italy/18885614_6L8XD4#!i=1464180647&k=ztdjgNq&lb=1&s=S
Note the difference - "#%21i=" in the first (bad) link is "#!i=" in the good link.
The problem does not occur using IE 8. But in IE 8, the pop-up size window generates the good link, no "#%21i=" there. So, I imagine this is a Firefox compatibility problem. But it's new, and a significant audience uses Firefox, so I would hope Smugmug can fix.
Note: looks like another user has noticed the same here:

As a side note, your version of Firefox is very old, why not update? I'm using Firefox 9 at this point.

I am having a slightly different problem. I am new to SmugMug and have created several galleries today. I have them set to force viewers into the slide show view (much simpler for my 87 year old father to look at). When I log out and go to my site (as a viewer) and click on a gallery, then click "Full Screen" in the upper right corner, the slide show starts but many of my photos randomly do not display in full screen size. Routinely the first three photos do not display in full screen size, and when I click on the first photo to start the slide show over, then they display in full size, but then there are several random ones in the slid show that do not and nothing seems to fix it. I know the photos are plenty big enough to otherwise fill my 27 inch monitor. This happens on Mac Firefox 8.0.1 and on Mac Safari 5.1.2, all on Mac OSX Lion. All 4 of my galleries here have the same problem:

That's nothing unusual especially if you just started a slideshow. The slideshow may fall back on smaller display sizes if it can't serve up a custom full size photo in time to prevent delays.
If you have an issue with specific photos that even on repeat viewing don't show full screen, contact us at our HelpDesk with a link to the gallery and what specific photo you're referring to:
