Vivitar 100mm f/3.5 macro with Auto Focus for Canon EOS.
(1:2 macro native; 1:1 with matched adapter)
End caps
(No case/manuals/etc. bare lens only)
Aperture range: f/3.5-f/22
Working distance at 1:1: About 5"/12.75cm
Perfect lens for those wanting to play with macro but not spend a ton! This lens is well known for its optical qualities and is sold under different brand names. It does AF with EOS bodies, but the AF of this lens is very unreliable/slow and LOUD; so basically I treat it like a manual focus lens. It is also an excellent portraiture lens and doing minor focus adjustments using AF is ok.
There is a small scratch on the 1:1 adapter but there are no noticable effects on the images.
