Processed ND10 Water Shots

Took these today at Speedwell Park in Morristown NJ with the D700 and Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 with an ND10 filter:

    Cool shots. That bright multi-colored, mostly opaque watermark isn't doing your shots any favors.

    Very cool processing. Looks like mercury! Where these taken recently, I would have thought New Jersey would get some snow this time of year or am I totally wrong about that? Just seems there has been a dearth of snowfall around the world this year. This time last year I used to have to strap on crampons if I was going for a hike but last Saturday I was wishing I had worn a T-Shirt! Just a suggestion with regards the first photo, it seems that the left half is quite bright compared to the right half. Perhaps if you darkened the the bridge left of the arch a bit a maybe try and darken the arc in the river on the left(in front of the rocks).
