Help with webmaster tools evil report

Just built a pro smugmug site a couple of weeks ago and I am using google analytics and webmaster tools to evaluate site SEO progress. After a week I am getting a ton of 503 error messages, poor health report, etc.

In Sitemaps 19
Restricted by robots.txt 55
Unreachable 588

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Still hoping for a reply...talked with smugmug on chat yesterday and said it was temporary and should clear up...today the number is actually up.

We block many urls from Googlebot. What are some example links you're concerned about?

That's likely a temporary error. Google will come back and try again. The next time Google crawls your site, the error should go away.
