Photo stacking question

when you guys post that the picture is the result of stacking ...how did you take the picture and keep it from having the different shots to be the same subject size? i mean if i try to change the focus it looks to me that i am zooming in ...please explain thx

Focus stacking software resizes the photos to be the same before doing the stack.

thx it was driving me crazy ...i thought i was doing something wrong ...well i am sure i am doing lots of things wrong, but now i can check this one off the list ...lol ... i will try to stack now
