BayPhoto Prints through Smugmug

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this. Is there anyway to eliminate the cropping factor when ordering a print from Bay Photo through Smug ? If a customer orders a photo, they want the whole photo, not one that is cropped. Several customers have ordered a photo not knowing it was going to cropped. I would like to eliminate the crop factor all together. A friend of mine orders his photos directly from Bay and has told me he doesn't recall having this issue.

Yeah, cropping can be a little sneaky. When you put a photo into the shopping cart and select a print size, they sometimes don't match. When this happens there is a red box that appears. This red box shows what is going to be cropped off. Something has to go, otherwise, it's like trying to stuff a 5x7 into a 4x6 frame. It just won't work. So there must be cropping in these cases and we leave that all up to you. Here is information on how our crop tool works:

If you don't want to lose any of your image and you are sure you want that print size, you can order the photo using the "no-crop" feature. This feature puts white border on two of the sides in order to keep all of the picture and maintain the print size you want.
Alternatively you can only allow printing of certain images in sizes that won't require cropping. Let's say the image is in a 2:3 aspect ratio, then print sizes that fall within that aspect ratio won't need cropping. Any print sizes that aren't in that aspect ratio will require cropping though.

I kind of jumped the gun on sending my previous post, please pardon me.
We also suggest that our Pro users take full advantage of our Proof Delay feature. Proof Delay allows you to review the order before it's sent to print, make corrections and changes to the cropping as well as to the color correction settings for the order. You can also replace photos with your edits while the order is in proof delay.
For more info on this, please see the links below which would eliminate any problems in the future:
