    I'm sorry about your troubles. This is an issue we've been made aware of today. We'll hopefully resolve it shortly.

    If you need access to the category or its contents right away, there's a workaround. Go to the control panel > customize tab > categories screen. Edit the category in question so that its nicename doesn't contain the special character ô. You can just replace it by a regular o to work around the issue.
    The category name shouldn't be relevant and can still contain the special character.
