SmugShot - cant upload to gallery I want

I created a new gallery. When using SmugShot, this gallery does not appear in the list to select it as the gallery I want to upload to.

What criteria does the gallery need to meet to appear in the list?

    SmugShot only displays galleries that have at least one photo. Can you upload a photo to the gallery via our browser uploader and then take another look at SmugShot?
