Smugmug API not working atm?

oAuth via http://api.smugmug.com/services/oauth/getRequestToken.mg doesn't work at the moment. It says service unavailable

Will this come to live again?

Seems to be an coincidence between my app development and your site maintenance.

Yep, and this is an important bit of error-checking code to put in your app as there are times such as the maintenance window or unplanned site outages where you will get this message.
