I checked my SEO several times and each time it kept coming back with major errors in the source code. Well I did an Output Validation and I can't believe the number of errors and warnings in my source code. I am in my free trial and so far I have sent 3 emails to support (over the last week) about various problems and have even posted here in the forum and the response has been ZERO! I would really like to keep my account, but somethings I just can't do on my own. Please help. If needed I can PM a moderator with the validation error page link. Thank You! :)

Hi and welcome to Dgrin! wave.gif

Most websites are not standard-compliant and will not validate completely. There's nothing that can be done about the errors it reports in Smugmug's portion of the HTML, but you can go through the errors and see if any apply to your own HTML (e.g. in the advanced customizer, gallery descriptions, photo captions, bio box, etc).

Please not that there are no consequences to SmugMug validation errors. Many things in HTML are still not technically "to spec" but are useful for making a good site. That's because there are still many conventions that browsers support that aren't 100% standard.

We have answered each and every one of these emails (nearly instantly from when they've been received) but unfortunately, your email provider is rejecting our replies. We're trying to email you at

    C*****T@portraitsoncentral.com
can you email us from perhaps another email address? Or hop on over to http://help.smugmug.com and chat with us live using our new chat service.

I'm really sorry - but as you can imagine, we have no other way to contact you as you are in trial and have not filled out any contact information other than the email address which is rejecting our replies.
