Matte border

Hi

Anyone know howto create a matte inner border like the site below:

    Instead of stroking, as shown in this video, use Layer Styles > Bevel and Emboss to get the beveled inner edge.

    Thanks for the quick answer!!
    The video is great but I want to have white beveled edges without any transparancy from the photo itself.
    Possible?

    Yes. Set up your layers like this:
    layerst.jpg

    To make Layer 3, ctrl-click the image layer and use that selection to fill layer 3. Then use the transform tool to enlarge that filled area a few pixels (however wide you want the beveled edge to be).

    Reduce fill on that layer to 0 or nearly so (I used 4% because I wanted a trace of the black to show). Apply your layer style to that layer and it'll show outside the image boundary.
